Mal Cooke, Executive Director
Mal spent many years as a dispute resolution partner in a global commercial law firm and understands the costs of failing to effectively curate trust and alignment.
Mal is a member of the Law Society of WA, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of Leadership Western Australia and a trained mediator. He has considerable governance experience as both a Chair and Director on NFP boards.
He draws on each of these perspectives in bringing a relational lens to the organisations we partner with.
Heidi Rawson, Executive Director
Heidi's expertise in people and culture and employment relations brings clarity and focus to our consulting services.
Heidi is committed to unlocking solutions that will strengthen relationships. Her instinctive empathy and care invite creativity and confidence - key ingredients to resolving conflict and bringing cultural change.
Heidi has considerable governance experience, is a trained mediator and is confident bringing systems thinking to organisations of all sizes.
Martin Main, Director
Martin brings a unique combination of skills to the organisations we work with.
He spent 25 years in senior management and consulting roles in the oil and gas industry, particularly in the health, safety and environment field. Martin's qualifications in Mechanical and Subsea Engineering and Master of Psychotherapy provide rare insights. He is also an NMAS-accredited mediator.
Martin is committed to helping people live positive and emotionally healthy lives.
Zoe Cooke, Paralegal
Zoe is studying law and psychology at the Australian National University and is based in Canberra.Â
Her curiosity about the interface of legal frameworks and human systems supports Neometric’s legal and consulting work.
